(Republican Senate News) – A woman from the state of Maryland has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for their failure to enforce immigration laws after her autistic daughter was raped and murdered by an illegal alien. The fight to impose immigration laws is not about the skin color of those crossing into our country. It’s about miscreants like this, who likely have a book length rap sheet in their home country, coming into the United States and harming our citizens. It’s a matter of national security. The fact President Joe Biden is not doing his job, which consists of building a wall and enforcing the law, is tantamount to a stamp of approval for such individuals and their heinous crimes.
“Tammy Nobles is arguing that the federal government’s open border policies resulted in her daughter’s death at the hands of a member of the murderous Latin American gang MS-13,” The Western Journal’s Johnathan Jones reported.
“The National Desk reported Monday that Nobles is targeting both the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services in a civil lawsuit,” the piece continued. “She has accused both agencies of operational negligence and is asking for $100 million.”
Nobles life came grinding to a halt one horrific day in July 2022, when her beautiful, 20-year-old daughter, Kayla Hamilton, no doubt one of the greatest joys and loves of her life, was physically assaulted in Aberdeen, Maryland, by a 16-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador.
“The teen was allowed into the country during the ongoing invasion of the country through the open southern border despite displaying his allegiance to MS-13 through tattoos, according to Nobles. Once here, he strangled Hamilton to death with a cord and robbed her of $6, the grieving mother said in testimony before the House Homeland Security Committee on Thursday,” the WJ noted.
For the record, MS-13 is considered to be one of the most evil, vile, and violent gangs in the world. Many members are finding their way across the border and into the U.S., which means they could be in any of our towns and cities, starting local chapters and brutalizing innocent people.
Nobles provided heartbreaking comments during a hearing, opening up about the terrible last moments of her daughter’s life.
“July 24th, 2002, was one of the best days of my life. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and named her Kayla Marie,” she recounted. “She loved to smile and laugh. She always kept her friends close and never forgot anyone. She was kind, caring, thoughtful and funny. She loved life and God. She showed the world that being yourself was ok and you didn’t have to follow everyone else.”
“But sadly, on July 27th, 2022, I received the worst news that a parent doesn’t want to hear that my newly 20-year-old daughter Kayla Hamilton was murdered in her own room and left on the floor like trash,” the grieving mother continued.
Nobles then went on to vent her anger with DHS employees for failing to do their jobs of properly screening individuals who are allowed to enter the country.
“Had DHS employees performed a visual inspection of the assailant’s body, they would have seen MS-13 gang-related tattoos on his body, disqualifying him from entering the U.S. DHS employees failed to make a simple phone call to the El Salvador government to verify if the assailant was on an MS-13 gang affiliation list,” she stated in her testimony.
“Had they done so, El Salvador government officials would have confirmed that the assailant was a known MS-13 gang member with a prior criminal history. DHS supervisors had failed to train and supervise DHS employees to properly screen minors attempting to enter US soil from El Salvador,” Nobles added.

Nobles was later asked if she believed that DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas had blood on his hands, she asserted, “He is responsible for my daughter’s death.”

For Biden and other Democrats, Nobles’ daughter is nothing more than tolerable collateral damage, the price to be paid for them to enact their plan to change the demographics of the United States so they can win elections, gain more power, and attempt to enact their insane vision for creating a utopia here on American soil.
To the hardcore progressives, blood will have to be shed in order to gain the kind of power and authority they believe is necessary to perfect humanity and build the perfect society. It sounds crazy, but this is what progressives envision. They truly believe man can “progress” to a point of perfection. If only pesky conservatives and liberty lovers would get out of the way so they could do what’s best for everyone.
“There is absolutely no indication that anyone at the White House will be moved by Hamilton’s murder, either. This is an administration that just successfully fought to prevent the state of Texas from protecting its own border in court. What’s worse is that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 on Monday that the invasion of America by foreign nationals could continue, telling the state it could not secure the area around Eagle Pass with razor wire,” the WJ remarked.
How much blood has to be spilled before Americans stand up and demand elected officials do their job to protect them and their children?
