Biden Wants American Tax Dollars To Train Trans Activists Overseas

(Republican Senate News) – The Biden administration has now set its sights on infecting India with the sexual deviance they have been pushing on young people and children for the last few years in public schools and libraries. They seek to train 200+ activists to be advocates for transgender rights in the country as part of a program designed to supposedly advance our country’s “national interests,” a federal grant posting revealed.

Writer for the Daily Caller, Robert Schmad, said that the State Department has developed a plan to “train at least 200 LGBTQI+ community leaders … with preference given to trans and intersex community leaders” by “deliver[ing] specialized legal education and support,” which they claim will then empower “them to advocate for their rights and access the services they need,” the grant posting, which was made public on April 8, went on to say.

The State Department is offering up this new grant under Public Diplomacy Programs, which they say exists to “support the achievement of U.S. foreign policy goals and objectives, advance national interests, and enhance national security.”

“The grant opportunity argues that ‘improved health, education, economic strength, justice and equality’ for transgender people in India will ultimately benefit the United States,” Schmad wrote.

“The U.S. Department of State supports a wide range of programs around the world that seek to advance the U.S. foreign policy priorities of reducing discrimination and violence and promoting inclusion for all, including LGBTQI+ persons,” a department spokesperson remarked in comments delivered to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The program proposed, which is being called, “Empowering LGBTQI+ Community Leadership Across India,” will focus its attention on Indians who are transgender and intersex, as the State Department claims these individuals face “more severe discrimination and social stigma compared to other groups within the LGBTQI+ spectrum” as well as “unique challenges” concerning getting access to employment, legal recourse for alleged discrimination, education, and healthcare.

“To accomplish its goals, the program will utilize a ‘train the trainer’ approach, using the 200 people it trains directly to reach a further 2,000 activists within one year. The State Department hopes to set off a ‘ripple effect” across India through this strategy,” Schmad continued.

So what cities are being targeted by the State Department? It looks like they are looking to import our moral perverseness and social contagions to the cities of Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi.

“The department is offering between $120,000 and $150,000 for a third party to run the program, which it says will start on August 20,” the report noted.

Schmad penned in conclusion, “Funding LGBT initiatives abroad, ostensibly to promote America’s interests, has been a defining factor of the State Department under Biden. Under the Biden administration, the State Department has bankrolled ‘queer’ Muslim writers in India, funded theatrical productions to teach Africans about LBGT rights, backed a ballroom dancing program to ‘uplift’ Peruvian transgender youth and paid a university to churn out ‘LGBTQI+ allies.’”
